Saint Gabriel's Church, Bristol, Gloucester and Somerset, England

Notes: The church of St Gabriel was built in 1868-70 by J.C.Nealein a similar style to his earlier St Andrew the Less inDowry Square, Hotwells. It was built primarily of redbrick, with decoration in blue and yellow brick. It stoodin the way of the planned outer circuit road (now EastonWay), was declared redundant and then declared unsafe anddemolished with indecent haste in 1975, the day the churchwas "listed" for preservation.
