- CREVE COEUR -- Harold Sprague Mouck, 61, of 308 GlendaleSt., Creve Coeur,
IL died at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday atPreston-Hanley Funeral Home, Creve Coeur Chapel. The Rev.Steve Weber will officiate. Graveside services will be at 1p.m. Tuesday at Camp Butler National Cemetery inSpringfield, IL, where military rites will be conducted bythe Inter-Veterans Burial Detail of Sangamon County. Familywill receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeralhome.
He was born Oct. 9, 1943, in Pekin, IL to Louis Robert andMartha IreneBoyer Mouck. He married Kathryn Lucille Hultquist on Dec.14, 1974, inPekin. She died Sept. 28, 1999, in Peoria. He was alsopreceded in death by his parents and one grandson.
Surviving are one son, Andrew S. (Mary Youngren) Mouck ofCreve Coeur; two daughters, Amy S. (William Bailey) Mouckof Peoria, IL and Melanie J. (Kenny) Mouck of Creve Coeur;six grandchildren; two brothers, Gene K. Mouck of LasVegas, Nev., and Raymond G. Mouck of Pekin, IL; and foursisters, Gloria I. Mouck and Mary L. (Richard) Bierhaus,both of Virginia, IL., Shirley J. Cassidy of Springfield,Mo., and Verna A. Lacey of Creve Coeur.
Mouck worked for Peoria Disposal Company for 28 years,retiring in October, 2004. He was a United States Armyveteran of Vietnam War, serving from Jan. 20, 1964, to Jan.5, 1967. He also served in the Persian Gulf War from Sept.20, 1990, to May 16, 1991. He was a member of AA PhoenixChapter in Sunnyland, IL. [1]
