Frank H. Dorn
Boonville – Frank H. Dorn, 74, died Nov. 13, 1951, athis home, Boonville RD.
He was born in the Town of Boonville, Feb. 18, 1877, son ofSamuel and Angeline Sprague Dorn. On Dec. 7, 1910, hemarried Bertha Mittenmeyer, in Rome.
His life had been spent in the Town of Boonville, where heand his brother operated a large farm. He attendedBoonville High School. He was a member of the BaptistChurch and was a former member of Summit Lodge, IOOF. For aperiod he operated a farm implement business here.
He was for years prominent in the Republican party inBoonville.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Lewis, ofSterling; two daughters, Mrs. Kelsey Lord and Mrs. EdwardBrown, Boonville; a son, Charles, died Aug, 13, 1950. Heleaves also a brother, Jacob H., Boonville.
The funeral will be at 2 Friday from the Trainor FuneralHome, Boonville, the Rev. George H. Brow, pastor of theBaptist Church officiating.

Dorn Funeral Services Held
Funeral services for Frank H. Dorn were largely attended atthe Trainor Funeral Home on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clockwith the Rev. George Brow, pastor of the Baptist Churchofficiating.
The bearers were Gerald White, Adison Warner, JosephGarbarino, James Warner, Ed LaFave and Harland Hayes.
There were many beautiful floral tributes from friends andrelatives as well as from Jackson Hill neighbors, BaptisChurch and Sanford's Pharmacy.
Relatives and friends were present from Sterling, Rome,Utica, Watertown, Talcottville, Hubbardsville, Ava andBoonville.
Interment was made in the Boonville Cemetery.

BOONVILLE
Frank H. Dorn, 74, died at 2 a.m. today at his farm,Jackson Hill, Town of Boonville, where he has always lived.He had been in poor health for several years and seriouslyill for a week.
He was born in the Town of Boonville, Feb. 18, 1877, son ofSamuel and Angeline Sprague Dorn. On Feb. 18, 1910, hemarried Bertha Mittenmaier in Rome, the Rev. Reagerofficiating. He was a member of Boonville Baptist Churchand a former member of the Odd Fellows.
He leaves his widow; a son, Louis of Sterling, N. Y.; twodaughters, Mrs. Kelsey Lord and Mrs. Edward Brown,Boonville; 8 grandchildren; a brother, Jacob H. Dorn,Boonville. Another son, Charles, died Aug. 13, 1950.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at theTrainor Funeral Home with the Rev. George Brow, pastor ofthe Baptist church, officiating. Interment will be made inBoonville Cemetery. [2, 6]
