John is preceded in deathby his three sisters, Hazel, Gladys, and Inez; his brother,Vernon (Barney); his first wife, Betty, his second wife,Phyllis, and his great-grandson, Karl. John is survived byhis children, Rod Sprague, Sharon Meyer, Bill Sprague andstep-daughter Shelly Hornack, and half brother, ChesterSprague; as well as numerous grandchildren,great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. AMemorial Service is planned at 3:00 PM on October 20, 2007at Riverview Lutheran Care Center, 1841 E. Upriver Dr. Aprivate burial will occur at Union Cemetery on OrchardPrairie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may bemade to Hospice of Spokane P.O. Box 2215, Spokane, WA99210-2215 or the Herman Legacy Garden at RiverviewLutheran Care Center 1841 E.
