HANSON-FORD
On Wednesday, June 12th, Miss Eunice Pauline Hanson,daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hanson of De Soto, becamethe bride of Ogden Torger Ford, son of Mr. and Mrs. ChristFord of Ferryville. The ceremony was performed at twoo'clock p.m. at the bride's home on the lawn in front of adecorated arch, by the Rev. George Ulvilden, pastor of theSavior's Lutheran church in La Crosse. The wedding marchwas played by Miss Katherine Ulvilden and Ester andKatherine Ulvilden sang "Perfect Love" and "Because."
The bride attired in sheer white with silk tulle veilcarried a bouquet of lilies and snapdragons.
The bride's cousin, Dorothy Hanson of Cashton, wasbridesmaid, her dress was azure blue net over azure satinand carried a bouquet of sweet peas and roses. Two cousinsalso acted as flower girls, Elsie Virginia Vig and MartineGulbrandsen of Viroqua.
The best man, Norman Ford, brother of the groom, wore agray suit and the groom wore a green suit, both with roseboutonnieres.
Following the ceremony, dinner was served to forty. Out oftown guests included Mr. and Mrs. Christ Ford, Miss HelenFord and Miss Lillian Liermo, Ferryville; Mr. and Mrs. CarlJohnson and son, Ted, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Bruland, Mrs.Bolette Vig, Mrs. E. G. Alder and daughter, Frances, Mr.and Mrs. Marcellus Vig and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Hulsether ofViroqua; Mr. and Mrs. Herbert O. Hanson, Stoddard, Mr. andMrs. T. A. Peterson, Soldiers Grove; Mr. and Mrs. CharlesHanson, Cashton; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hanson, Mr. and Mrs.Melvin Swensen and John Hanson of Westby; Mrs. W. G.Lawrence and Miss Mildred Bohland of De Soto.
Mrs. Ford is a graduate of Lansing high school and ofVernon county normal. She has just concluded a year ofteaching at her home school on Lawrence ridge. Mr. Ford isa graduate of Gale college. The young couple will maketheir home on a Ferryville farm.
Their numerous friends wish them many years of happiness.

Twin daughters were born to Mr. and Mrs. Ogden Ford on June1st. The happy event was saddened, however, when one ofthe little girls passed away shortly after she was born.The other twin is doing nicely. [1]
