     Laura E. Sprague, 65, of Harrisburg, died Monday, at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Lower Paxton Twp. She was a retired secretary from Dauphin County Prison and a member of Charlton United Methodist Church, Harrisburg.
     She was born November 15, 1937 in Waterman, IL, to the late Cyrus Wesley and Myrtle Irene (Fox) Brooks.
     She is survived by a son, Arlo Dean Sprague, Jr., five daughters, Dorothy Irene Loza of Rochelle, IL, Lori Denise Sprague of DeKalb, IL, Deborah Diane Sprague of Swoyersville, PA, Darla June Sprague of York, PA and Dawn Lenea Sprague of Harrisburg, PA; a sister, Maxine Warren of North Las Vegas, NV; sixteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
     Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, at her church, followed by refreshments in the social hall.

She was born Feb. 20, 1917, the daughter of Roscoe and Hazel (Goff) Perrin, at Bone Creek, Berea.  She was a teacher.

She is survived by her son, John Perrin Sprague, and his wife Sandy and two grandchildren, Carolyn and Noah, all of Center Moriches; and sister, Christine Mossor of Harrisville; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Sprague, and brothers, Roscoe Perrin Jr. of Cambridge, OH, and John David Perrin of Newberne, WV.
